While we strive to deliver the best results possible, we cannot guarantee outcomes. Therefore, all sales are considered final once a service is purchased.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment changes or cancellations. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in a fee or loss of a session from your package.
